Audit Your Existing Air System

This is done to understand the current state of the supply side equipment room (compressors and accessories) and identify any reliability and/or efficiency opportunity costs. Specifically we will assess the current state of:
- Equipment maintenance - Installation layout - Equipment operation (i.e. Lead, trim and back-up plans)

Acquire system data over the course of one week to interpret plant demand minimum/maximum and variability of flow requirements. Specifically we will monitor the following system parameters:
- Flow(cfm) - Amp draw(amperes) - Pressure(psig)

Analyze data acquisition to determine opportunity costs between existing supply side equipment and the plant demand.

Demand Side: Understand the current state of the demand side use of compressed air throughout the facility. Identify opportunity costs that effect system reliability and efficiency.

Evaluate potential solutions to reduce opportunity costs. Solutions will be evaluated based on life cycle costs and return on investment (ROI).
